MC36205 Overview
For protection, PTC thermistors are packaged in SMD/SMT packages. The PTC thermistors are packaged in the Cut Tape for safety reasons. It is recommended to set the minimum operating temperature of the PTC thermistors at -40°C. In order for this thermistor to work properly, the operating temperature must not exceed 85°C. As a result, when the PTC thermistors are operating, they could supply a voltage of 60V. In theory, this thermistor should be capable of supplying 60V when it is working. DC thermistors are rated for 60V volts in DC circuits. For PTC thermistors, the current should not exceed 10A. When used as a thermistor, you should ensure that the maximum voltage supplied by it is 60V. A DC circuit cannot operate with a voltage above 60V. In the DC circuit, the maximum voltage for these thermistors is 60V.
