MC36203 Overview
In order to prevent damage to the devices, PTC thermistors are packaged in SMD/SMT packages. PTC thermistors are packaged in the Cut Tape for the purpose of protecting them from damage. PTC thermistors should operate at -40°C. A temperature of 85°C should not be exceeded during operation of this thermistor. It is possible for the PTC thermistors to operate at a voltage of 60V. The thermistors are rated for 60V voltage in the DC circuit. In the DC circuit, the voltage supplied by this thermistor should not exceed 60V. For these thermistors in the DC circuit, the maximum voltage is 60V.
