MC36199 Overview
PTC thermistors are packaged in Radial packages to prevent damage. Temperature -40°C is the minimum operating temperature for PTC thermistors. This thermistor must not operate above 85°C in order for it to work. A PTC thermistor could provide 60V voltage when operating. This type of thermistors has been rated for a voltage of 60V in the DC circuit. Heat produced by PTC thermistors should be 1.9W.
