MC36195 Overview
To prevent damage to the devices, PTC thermistors are packaged in Radial packages. In general, the PTC thermistors should be set to -40°C as their minimum operating temperature. It is important that the operation temperature of this thermistor does not exceed 85°C. If the PTC thermistors were to operate, 60V voltage could be supplied. These thermistors are rated for 60V voltage in DC circuits. The heat produced by PTC thermistors should be 920mW.
