MC36190 Overview
In order to prevent damage to the PTC thermistors, these devices are packaged in Radial packages. For PTC thermistors, the minimum operating temperature should be -40°C. In order for this thermistor to operate properly, the operating temperature cannot exceed 85°C. It is possible for the PTC thermistors to operate at a voltage of 90V. thermistors in the DC circuit are rated at 90V volts. PTC thermistors should produce 1.3W heat.
