MC36187 Overview
To prevent damage to the devices, PTC thermistors are packaged in Radial packages. Using PTC thermistors at -40°C temperature should be their minimum operating temperature. In order for this thermistor to function properly, the operating temperature must not exceed 85°C. While operating, the PTC thermistors could output 60V voltage. In the DC circuit, these thermistors are rated for 60V. It is expected that PTC thermistors produce 410mW heat.
