MC36184 Overview
A Radial package is used to protect the PTC thermistors from damage. It is recommended that the minimum operating temperature for the PTC thermistors be set to -40°C. Ensure that this thermistor does not operate at a temperature above 85°C for it to work properly. When operating, the PTC thermistors provide 90V voltage. The voltage for which these thermistors are rated is 90V in a DC circuit. Heat produced by PTC thermistors should be 380mW.
