MC33195 Overview
The PTC thermistors are put into SMD/SMT packages to protect the devices from damage. For safety reasons, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Cut Tape. To ensure that the PTC thermistors operate at the minimum temperature, set the temperature to -40°C. A temperature of 85°C should not be exceeded during operation of this thermistor. As the PTC thermistors operate, they could supply 33V voltage. In theory, this thermistor should be capable of supplying 33V when it is working. The thermistors have been rated for a voltage of 33V in the DC circuit. A PTC thermistor should produce 1.5W heat. It is not recommended that PTC thermistors operate above 40A current. During DC operation, this thermistor should not supply more voltage than 33V.
