MC33194 Overview
A SMD/SMT package is used to protect the PTC thermistors from damage. The PTC thermistors are packaged in the Cut Tape to ensure safety. For PTC thermistors, -40°C should be the minimum operating temperature. In order for this thermistor to function properly, the operating temperature must not exceed 85°C. As a result, when the PTC thermistors are operating, they could supply a voltage of 33V. In theory, this thermistor can deliver 33V when it is in operation. The DC circuit uses thermistors with a 33V voltage rating. There should be 1.5W heat generated by the PTC thermistors. There's no need to exceed 40A current for PTC thermistors. The maximum voltage that can be supplied by this thermistor should be 33V in order to achieve reliable performance. A DC circuit cannot operate with a voltage above 33V.
