MC33192 Overview
It is recommended that the PTC thermistors be packaged in SMD/SMT packages to prevent damage to them. In order to ensure the safety of these PTC thermistors, they are packaged in Cut Tape. Using PTC thermistors at -40°C temperature should be their minimum operating temperature. If this thermistor is to work correctly, it must operate at 85°C. While operating, the PTC thermistors could output 60V voltage. When working, this thermistor supplies a voltage of 60V nominally. The thermistors have been rated for a voltage of 60V in the DC circuit. The heat produced by PTC thermistors should be 1.5W. PTC thermistors should not have a current greater than 10A. When this thermistor is connected to a DC circuit, the voltage it produces should not be higher than 60V.
