MC33191 Overview
SMD/SMT packages are used for PTC thermistors to prevent the devices from being damaged. Packaged in the Cut Tape, these PTC thermistors are safe to handle. For PTC thermistors, the minimum operating temperature should be -40°C. In order for this thermistor to function properly, the operating temperature must not exceed 85°C. In the event that the PTC thermistors are operating, they can deliver 8V voltage. A thermistor of this type should be able to supply 8V voltage when it is operational. A DC circuit is comprised of these thermistors, which are rated for 8V. Heat should be produced by PTC thermistors in the 400mW range. The current for PTC thermistors should not be higher than 40A. As part of the DC circuit, this thermistor should not supply voltages higher than 8V.
