MC33190 Overview
To prevent damage to the PTC thermistors, they are packaged in SMD/SMT packages. For safety reasons, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Cut Tape. It is recommended to set the minimum operating temperature of the PTC thermistors at -40°C. A temperature of 85°C should not be exceeded during operation of this thermistor. The PTC thermistors could supply 16V voltage when it operates. As for the DC circuit, these thermistors are rated for 16V. Ildeally, PTC thermometers produce heat of 800mW.
