MC33189 Overview
For protection, PTC thermistors are contained in SMD/SMT packages. Packaged in the Cut Tape, these PTC thermistors are safe to handle. For PTC thermistors, -40°C should be the minimum operating temperature. A temperature of 85°C should not be exceeded during operation of this thermistor. When the PTC thermistors are in operation, they can supply voltage of 60V. A thermistor in this range is nominally capable of supplying 60V voltage. thermistors in the DC circuit are rated at 60V volts. It is expected that PTC thermistors produce 1.5W heat. In PTC thermistors, the current should not exceed 10A. In the DC circuit, this thermistor should not supply a voltage greater than 60V.
