MC33184 Overview
A Radial package is used to protect PTC thermistors. Setting the minimum operating temperature of PTC thermistors to -40°C is recommended. A thermistor's operating temperature must not exceed 85°C for it to function. When operating, the PTC thermistors provide 90V voltage. thermistors have been rated for 90V in DC circuits. A PTC thermistor should produce 2.8W heat.
