MC33182 Overview
For protection, PTC thermistors are packaged in Radial packages. To ensure that the PTC thermistors operate at the minimum temperature, set the temperature to -40°C. It is important that the operation temperature of this thermistor does not exceed 85°C. In the event that the PTC thermistors are operating, they can deliver 90V voltage. As thermistors, these are rated for 90V voltage in DC circuits. There should be 2.1W heat generated by the PTC thermistors.
