MC33179 Overview
A Radial package is used to protect the PTC thermistors from damage. Set the PTC thermistors to -40°C for a minimum operating temperature. The operating temperature of this thermistor must not exceed 85°C. As thermistors, these are rated for 90V voltage in DC circuits. A PTC thermistor should produce 1.5W heat.
