MC33176 Overview
For protection, PTC thermistors are contained in Radial packages. A minimum operating temperature of -40°C should be set for the PTC thermistors. It is important that this thermistor does not operate at a temperature above 85°C. In the DC circuit, the voltage for which these thermistors have been rated is 90V. It is expected that PTC thermistors produce 880mW heat.
