MC33175 Overview
A Radial package is used to protect the PTC thermistors from damage. It is advisable to set the PTC thermistors to -40°C as the minimum operating temperature. Ensure this thermistor is working at 85°C by keeping its operating temperature below that. 2 terminations are present on the PTC thermistor. DC thermistors are rated for 90V volts in DC circuits. PTC thermistors should produce 770mW heat.
