MC33174 Overview
Radial packages are used for PTC thermistors to prevent the devices from being damaged. Temperature -40°C should be set as the minimum operating temperature for PTC thermistors. It is important that the operation temperature of this thermistor does not exceed 85°C. It is possible that PTC thermistors operate at 90V voltage. A DC circuit uses 90V to rate these thermistors. There should be 560mW heat generated by the PTC thermistors.
