MC33169 Overview
For protection, PTC thermistors are contained in Radial packages. A PTC thermistor should be operated at a minimum operating temperature of -40°C. Ensure that this thermistor does not operate at a temperature above 85°C for it to work properly. In the PTC thermistor, the terminations are 2. It is possible that PTC thermistors operate at 60V voltage. These thermistors are rated for 60V in a DC circuit. The heat produced by PTC thermistors should be 380mW.
