MC33167 Overview
It is recommended that the PTC thermistors be packaged in Radial packages to prevent damage to them. Setting the minimum operating temperature of PTC thermistors to -40°C is recommended. Ensure this thermistor is working at 85°C by keeping its operating temperature below that. When operating, PTC thermistors could deliver a voltage of 30V. In the DC circuit, these thermistors are rated for 30V. Ildeally, PTC thermometers produce heat of 4W.
