MC33166 Overview
To protect the devices from damage, PTC thermistors are packaged in Radial packages. It is advisable to set the PTC thermistors to -40°C as the minimum operating temperature. It is necessary to keep the operating temperature of this thermistor below 85°C to ensure proper operation. When the PTC thermistors are in operation, they can supply voltage of 30V. As thermistors, these are rated for 30V voltage in DC circuits. The heat produced by PTC thermistors should be 3.5W.
