MC33164 Overview
To prevent damage to the devices, PTC thermistors are packaged in Radial packages. It is advisable to set the PTC thermistors to -40°C as the minimum operating temperature. If this thermistor is to work correctly, it must operate at 85°C. As a result, when the PTC thermistors are operating, they could supply a voltage of 30V. DC thermistors are rated for 30V volts in DC circuits. Ildeally, PTC thermometers produce heat of 2.5W.
