MC33160 Overview
A Radial package is used to protect the PTC thermistors from damage. It is advisable to set the PTC thermistors to -40°C as the minimum operating temperature. This thermistor must not operate above 85°C in order for it to work. When operating, PTC thermistors could deliver a voltage of 30V. These thermistors are rated for DC circuit voltage of 30V. Thermal conductivity of PTC thermistors is 900mW.
