MC33156 Overview
It is recommended that the PTC thermistors be packaged in Radial packages to prevent damage to them. For PTC thermistors, -40°C is the minimum operating temperature. It is necessary to keep the operating temperature of this thermistor below 85°C to ensure proper operation. As the PTC thermistors operate, they could supply 250V voltage. As for the DC circuit, these thermistors are rated for 250V. The heat produced by PTC thermistors should be 1W.
