MC33153 Overview
PTC thermistors are packaged in Radial packages to prevent damage. A PTC thermistor should be operated at a minimum operating temperature of -40°C. A temperature of 85°C is required to ensure the thermistor works properly. When used, the PTC thermistors could produce 16V voltage. A DC circuit uses 16V to rate these thermistors. It is expected that PTC thermistors produce 2.6W heat.
