MC33152 Overview
The PTC thermistors are put into Radial packages to protect the devices from damage. For PTC thermistors, -40°C should be the minimum operating temperature. The operating temperature of this thermistor must not exceed 85°C. While operating, the PTC thermistors could output 16V voltage. A DC circuit is comprised of these thermistors, which are rated for 16V. A PTC thermistor should produce 2.4W heat.
