300MHz is the frequency in which RF modulator operates.An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.The Cut Tape (CT) package houses this RF modulator.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.In this RF module, 14 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.A 14-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.During operation, the RF switch IC's temperature must be below 70°C.A minimum operating temperature of 0°C should not be reached by this RF switch IC.
