This RF modulator operates at 300MHz frequency.The enhanced 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package makes it an excellent RF IC.This RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) package.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.For driving and receiving signals from data, this RF module has 14 terminations integrated.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 14-pin RF module.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 125°C is required for operation.There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C for this RF switch IC.For it to perform as expected, the RF modulator's supply current must be in the range of 5mA.
