MC12095D Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Bulk method. Clock PLL is embedded in the SOIC package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 240 under reflowing conditions. In it, there are 8 terminations to be found. 2.5GHz is the maximal value for normal operation. In this IC, a 8-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. There are 8 pins on the frequency generator that are available for use. A frequency generator with -40°C operations has an impressive low-temperature performance. At a temperature of 85°C, the clock generator ic can operate with attenuated performance. RF synthesizers can handle voltages up to 5V. A Prescaler/Multivibrators clock generator is essentially what this device is. When searching for parts belonging to the ECL family, similar electric components can be found. In order to supply this clock PLL, a voltage greater than 5.5V is not acceptable. With this clock generator, the supply voltage is limited to 2.7V. PRESCALER logic circuits mainly utiliPRESCALERe this time clock generator.
