MC12093DR2 Overview


Clock PLL is embedded in the SOIC package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 240 during reflowing. There are 8 terminations found in the file. An up to 1.1GHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. It is a 8-bit IC that is designed for microprocessors specifically. Electronic frequency generator can operate at low temperatures and can perform -40°C operations at a time. At a temperature of 85°C, the clock generator ic can operate with attenuated performance. Supply voltage 5V is what time clock generator can handle. This clock generator can be classified as a kind of Prescaler/Multivibrators in general. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with SELECTABLE DIVISION RATIO 4 AVAILABLE. ECL-family clock generators are similar. A voltage above 5.5V will not provide enough power to this frequency generator. For this clock generator ic, 2.7V is the lowest allowable supply voltage. The logic IC PLL clock adopts is PRESCALER.
