MC12080DR2 Overview


In the SOIC package, there is an embedded clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 240 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 8 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 5V. An up to 1.1GHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Clock PLL is equipped with 8 pin count. This clock generator ic has an impressive low-temperature operating performance and is capable of -40°C operations. This RF synthesizer can last with attenuated performance at 85°C. Electronic frequency generator can handle voltages up to 5V. Prescaler/Multivibrators-type frequency generators are usually classified as this type. This clock PLL features SELECTABLE DIVISION RATIO 20,40 for better clock signal output. ECL-family clock generators are similar. A voltage exceeding 5.5V is not acceptable for supply to this frequency generator. PLLs have a minimum supply voltage limit of 4.5V. PRESCALER logic circuits are primarily constructed using this time clock generator.
