MC10EP195FAR2G Overview
As a cost-effective packaging method, Tape & Reel (TR) is used. Using the 32-LQFP package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. This is due to the supply voltage of 3V~3.6V, which ensures reliable performance. This type of mounting is based on the Surface Mount technique. It features -40°C~85°C operating temperature. It is configured with 1024 taps/steps. The terminals are placed at QUAD. In order to provide unique configurations, it is equipped with 32 terminations. When the device is operating, the supply voltage of 3.3V is provided. There is a logic type ACTIVE DELAY LINE used in it. This technology was developed as a result of the advanced ECL technology. The minimum supply voltage of 3V is acceptable for it to operate. With a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V, it is acceptable to operate it. This is one of the key active components of the 10E family of compounds. As a result of its large NECL MODE: VCC=0 WITH VEE= -3.0V TO -3.6V and other specific characteristics, it is well suited for use in a variety of applications.
