The device is configured with 1023 taps/steps. A terminal is located at QUAD. A unique configuration is possible with the 32 terminations. During operation, the supply voltage for 3.3V is provided. It uses ACTIVE DELAY LINE as a logic type. This technology was developed as a result of the advanced ECL technology. It can operate with a minimum supply voltage of 3V. Using the maximum supply voltage of 3.6V is acceptable for it to operate. In the family of 10E, this is an important active component. In addition to its NECL MODE: VCC=0 WITH VEE= -3.0V TO -3.6V, it has other specific characteristics that lend it to a wide variety of applications.
