For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 4.2V. It is a 16-bit IC that is designed for microprocessors specifically. There is an available 16 pin on the PLL. A frequency generator with -40°C operations has an impressive low-temperature performance. The operating temperature should be lower than 85°C. In general, this clock PLL is considered a Clock Drivers device. A frequency synthesizer with NECL MODE: VCC = 0V WITH VEE = -4.2V TO -5.7V features better clock signal output. Low timing skew is offered by this RF synthesizer at maximum 0.05 ns. 3 pins enable the digital clock generator's true output. 10EL-family electronic parts are similar.
