MC10E196FN Overview
For cost-effective packaging, Tube is used. With the 28-LCC (J-Lead) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. In order to ensure reliable performance, 4.2V~5.7V is supplied with a voltage. In order to mount this device, the technique of Surface Mount is used. A temperature range of 0°C~85°C is available. It is configured with 128 taps/steps. It is placed at QUAD where the terminals are located. It is equipped with 28 terminations for unique configuration. During operation, the supply voltage for 5V is provided. It uses the logic type ACTIVE DELAY LINE. This technology was developed as a result of the advanced ECL technology. It can operate with a minimum supply voltage of 4.2V. It is acceptable for it to operate with the maximum supply voltage of 5.7V. It is a key active component of the 10E family.
