The package is designed to be as cost-effective as possible by utilizing Tape & Reel (TR). The 28-LCC (J-Lead) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. It is possible to achieve reliable performance with 4.2V~5.7V due to the supply voltage. It is mounted using the Surface Mount technique. The operating temperature of this unit is 0°C~85°C. 128 taps/steps are configured. QUAD is the position of the terminals. It is equipped with 28 terminations for unique configuration. During operation, 5V is provided with a supply voltage. There is a logic type ACTIVE DELAY LINE used in it. Based on advanced ECL technology, it has been developed. A supply voltage of 4.2V is sufficient for it to operate. It is acceptable for it to operate with the maximum supply voltage of 5.7V. The 10E family contains a significant amount of 10E.
