MC100LVEP34D Overview


There is a clock generator embedded in the SOIC package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 240. As you can see, it consists of 16 terminations. A voltage of 2.5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 3.8V. A maximum voltage of 2.375V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors. There is a 16 pin that is available on the digital clock generator. There are -40°C operations available on this frequency generator and it operates at low temperatures. The RF synthesizer can still operate at 85°C with attenuated performance. Clock generator can also be included into Clock Drivers. There is a NECL MODE: VCC = 0V WITH VEE = -2.375V TO -3.8V feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal. The timing skew of this frequency synthesizer is low at 0.035 nsmax. There are 3 true outputs. This clock generator belongs to the family of 100LVE. The logic IC PLL clock adopts is LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER. The DIFFERENTIAL input conditioning feature makes control signals from physical input PLLs.
