8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) case is available for the cut smart buffer. It is available in the case Tape & Reel (TR). A total of 8 terminations have been found in it. The supply voltage of 2.5V is capable of providing high efficiency. As far as I can tell, it is mounted by Surface Mount.
