This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 20 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. A clock generator's input is called CML, LVDS, NECL, PECL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. There is a maximum frequency of 250MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. Approximately 5.5V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 3V to be safe. Clock generator ic works with 3V~5.5V. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the ECL logic levels is presented here. A Phase Frequency Detector is a classification for the electronic part in question. In this IC, a 20-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors.
