The Rail/Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. The SOIC W package contains this clock generator. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 240. It contains a total of 20 terminations within RF synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 5.5V. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 3V for safety considerations.
