MC100LVE222FA Overview


It is package in LQFP case. It contains 52 terminations. It is possible to achieve high efficiency with a 3.3V supply voltage. It is placed in the way of Surface Mount. It is capable of handling a maximum supply voltage of 5.25VV. With the source voltage at 3V, it is possible to operate with a low voltage source. As a result of utilizing this gadget, NECL MODE: VCC=0V WITH VEE = -3V TO -3.8V is also available.
