A TQFP case is used for packaging. Normal operation is limited to 3GHz. In this case, it is placed in the way of Surface Mount. 32 pins are present on timeing clock. The 32 pins are used for operation. A minimum temperature of 0°C is required for reliability. It is possible to achieve stable operation when the maximum operating temperature is set to 110°C. A maximum supply voltage of 3.465VV can be applied to it. A source voltage of 2.375V is as low as possible. It consumes 400mA quiescent current and is unaffected by external factors.
