MC100ES6222AER2 Overview


Tape & Reel is the form in which it is packaged. For normal operation, 3GHz is the maximum value. A total of 52 terminations are present. With a supply voltage of 2.5V, it is possible to achieve a high level of efficiency. It is located in the way of Surface Mount. 52 pins are present on timeing clock. A 52 pin is used for operation. The clock divider is located in Clock Drivers. In order to maintain reliability, it should be operated at a temperature no higher than -40°C. The maximum operating temperature of 110°C enables stable operation. A logic IC with a value of LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER is used for this application. A supply of -2.5/-3.3/2.5/3.3V volts is needed to power it. It is possible to have 15 true outputs. A maximum supply voltage of 3.465VV can be handled by it. As low as possible, it can be worked with a source voltage of 2.375V, or as close to that as possible. It consumes 170mA quiescent current and is unaffected by external influences.
