MC100ES6014DTR2 Overview


The clock divider is available in TSSOP case. Tape & Reel (TR) is the form in which it is packaged. As a rule, the maximum value for normal operation is 2GHz. A total of 20 terminations have been found in it. Supply voltages of 2.5V are capable of achieving high efficiency. It is placed in the way of Surface Mount. The pin count is 20. The 20 pins are utilized for operation. There is a circuit clock contained within Clock Drivers that is responsible for this function. In order to maintain reliability, it should be operated at a temperature no higher than -40°C. 85°C is the maximum operating temperature required for stable operation. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is set to 3.8V. In this clock divider, a logic IC with the value LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER is used. For normal operation, the supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 2.375V. There is a voltage supply of +-2.5/+-3.3V volts for powering it. There are 5 true outputs available. With the help of this gadget, ECL MODE: VCC = 0V WITH VEE = -2.375V TO -3.8V can also be obtained.
