MC100EP139DTR2G Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. Clock PLL is embedded in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. In it, there are 20 terminations to be found. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called NECL, PECL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 1GHz. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel.
