MC100EP11D Overview


SOIC case is available for the cut smart buffer. A total of 8 terminations can be found in it. It is possible to achieve high efficiency with a 3.3V supply voltage. A pin count of 8 can be found on it. Operation is performed using the 8 pins. There is a circuit clock contained within Clock Drivers that is responsible for this function. A minimum temperature of -40°C is required for reliability. In order to ensure stable operation, the maximum operating temperature must be set to 85°C. The electronic gadget belongs to the 10EP family. The circuit uses a logic IC with a value of LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER as the input. By default, the output of the circuit clock is set to 4. It can handle a maximum supply voltage of 5.5VV. If the source voltage is as low as possible, 3V will work. When utilizing this gadget, NECL MODE: VCC=0 WITH VEE = -3.0V TO -5.5V can also be obtained. As long as the frequency of the clock switch is set to 3GHz, excellent accuracy can be achieved.
