The SOIC package includes this clock generator. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 240. As you can see, it consists of 20 terminations. This clock-generating IC is a 20-bit device designed explicitly for microprocessors. The frequency synthesizer has 20 pins that are available.
