The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 16 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 5V.
