In the SOIC package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 240 degrees of temperature during reflowing. 16 terminations can be found in frequency generators. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 5V. 5.7V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 4.2V. There is a 16-bit clock-generating IC built specifically for microprocessors in this frequency generator. Electronic frequency generator can operate at low temperatures and can perform -40°C operations at a time. It is possible for the clock generator ic to work at 85°C with a reduced performance. Clock Drivers-type frequency generators are usually classified as this type. This clock PLL features NECL MODE: VCC = 0V WITH VEE = -4.2V TO -5.7V for better clock signal output. Clock PLL has 3 signal outputs to maximi3e output frequency. Low timing skew is provided by this analog clock generator at maximum 0.05 ns. By searching for the 100EL family, it is possible to find similar electrical components. LOW SKEW CLOCK DRIVER logic circuits are primarily constructed using this time clock generator. Using a frequency of 1.1GHz allows frequency synthesizer to achieve high efficiencies. Control signals are generated from physical input clock PLLs by DIFFERENTIAL input conditioning.
